Koselig Acupuncture is a cash-only practice, not currently accepting insurance. The goal is that you find your health and wellness to be a top priority here, whatever modality it is that you are seeking. This is a judgement-free zone; all are welcome here to find rest and respite from the outside world, if only for a little while.
Acupuncture Appointments
Acupuncture treatments consist of the use of sterile needles and may or may not include cupping, e-stim, Tui Na, herbal consult and prescription, or Gua Sha.

Initial Treatment: $115 (90-120 min)
Existing Patient Follow-up: $85 (60 min)
Cupping Appointment
Fire cupping is utilized at Koselig Acupuncture and can provide relief from muscle tension. Cupping works by removing stagnation that is stored in the tissues but separating the muscle and skin layers, allowing for increased lymphatic drainage. The use of arnica post treatment can alleviate the intensity of the cupping marks and tenderness if present.

Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine is a diagnosis and treatment process without surgery or drugs. It uses supplements, diet, and other natural tools to restore balance in the body. Labs may or may not be used.
Initial Functional Medicine session: $300 (90 min)
Second Functional Medicine session: $175 (60-75 min)
Ongoing sessions: $125 (45 min)
Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation
Chinese Herbal Medicine consultations consist of an intake to evaluate symptomology with an herbal prescription given based on diagnosis. Prescriptions are usually pills or powder in form. If taking the powder form, the herbs generally have an earthy taste. Erika loves prescribing Chinese herbal medicine because the herbs have similar actions as needles, and provides daily reinforcement of and acupuncture treatment.

Cosmetic Treatments
Facial acupuncture and micro-needling treatments are available. LED light therapy is used with facial acupuncture appointments and can increase skin microcirculation, stimulate collagen production which can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment can be done frequently.
Micro-needling creates trauma to the skin which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin; these are proteins that help keep skin smooth and firm. Best results are achieved after 4-6 treatments, performed at least 4 weeks apart.
